Kaklamanis Construction is a family-run company with a long-standing tradition and deep roots in the construction industry.

Yannis Kaklamanis began his professional career alongside his father, architect Sokratis Kaklamanis, participating in the construction of buildings in central Athens and its northern suburbs. In 1999, he founded his own company, which operated for many years under the name SDK and has today evolved into Kaklamanis Construction.

With more than 25 years of independent experience, the company has undertaken a wide range of projects, including the construction of buildings through land acquisition or property exchange agreements, residential and commercial renovations, façade restorations, the construction of private residences and villas, as well as the restoration of listed and heritage buildings.

What sets us apart is the personal involvement of Yannis Kaklamanis in every project. Working closely with each client, he oversees and coordinates a network of experienced and highly skilled professionals and trusted partners.
